Swapnanagar Bidyaniketon is the first-ever school in a rural area of Chittagong district, Bangladesh. Children who come to school from neighboring families live below the poverty line and cannot afford traditional schooling. Before Swapnanagar, there were very few children in the area who had ever gone to a school before. Started in 2009 by like-minded, dedicated educators, engineers, and community leaders, Swapnanagar has steadily grown.
